Step into this wonderful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home that that sleeps up to 7 guests comfortably. The first thing you'll notice is the high ceilings and straight-through view to the water. Edgewater Oasis is located on wide intersecting canals with amazing water views and only 5 minutes to the Caloosahatchee river! Located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the coveted southeastern Palaco Grande neighborhood, you'll instantly feel the spaciousness of the 2459 square foot home showcasing two separate living areas.
Edgewater Oasis features an open floor plan that is the perfect fit for friends or families traveling together. Guests will find the master king bedroom suite separated from the other bedrooms, with the master bedroom having its own direct access to lanai and pool area. The master bathroom holds a dual vanity, and the huge walk-in shower has dual shower heads. The second bedroom hosts a king bed with a private bathroom that features a walk-in shower. The third bedroom is set with two queen beds and is adjacent to the third full bathroom. To further elevate your vacation you'll love the large open kitchen with center island. A breakfast nook looks out over the pool and canal, and there's also a formal dining room for larger groups. Both the kitchen and large living room have direct access to the lanai through large sliding glass doors.
Outside you will find great views of the water and enjoy the large screened-in lanai with plenty of seating to enjoy the pool and spillover spa. Fish from the dock or along the 269' of waterfront and grill your catch next to the pool. Enjoy use of two kayaks to meander through the intricate canal system right out your backdoor. Enjoy the tranquility as youo glide through the water. You might also some manatee or dolphin at play. Also take advantage of the supplied bicycles - it's an easy pedal through the neighborhood.
