Heating & Cooling - The home has mini split units in each area for heating and cooling to keep you comfortable. The downstairs bedroom does not have a designated unit, but stays cool year round and has a wall heater for colder months.
Stairs - This property features multiple levels and stairs, so we ask that children be supervised at all times for their safety. Guests should remain mindful and use caution throughout the home to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay.
Bathroom - Bathroom 1 features a toilet, sink, and a deep soaking tub with a spray attachment - please note there is no overhead shower in this bathroom. Bathroom 2 and 3 are toilet, sink and shower only.
Bedrooms - There are no bedrooms on the main level. Bedroom 1 is on the upper level. Bedroom 2 is on the lower level, and Bedroom 3 is located on the lower level game room, detached from the main house but short (8-10') covered breezeway to main house. .
