Home away from home. Santos had thought about everything. The place was well appointed with comfortable furniture and a well laid out floor plan. We were able to check-in an hour early which was a boon as we had hiked right after we landed. But the biggest pleasant surprise was the shoe and glove drier. Our boots were wet and this dried it efficiently. We were thankfully able to wear those to our hike the next morning. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen well stocked. The bathrooms were sufficient.

The house and property were amazing. We traveled as an extended family with our baby grandson. The house was very family friendly. The loft was especially fun with the tiny tipi and tons of toy sets and children's books to explore during our downtime. The little creek outside was also fun to checkout. The house was very comfortable and relaxing. Understanding we stayed at a ski resort attraction location during the summer, there were understandably less' things to do' nearby than if we were staying in peak season. The nearby hiking trails are not within walking distance of the house - most are a 20+ minute drive. The only real inconvenience was lack of groceries available in the area. The gas station and grocery store 'in town' are extremely limited and very questionable. The hosts gave warning of the limited shopping nearby. The highway noise is always present in this area, but the windows did a good job muffling this.

Our group really enjoyed our stay here. Very clean and well-kept property. Booking was easy, and Santo was very friendly and responsive. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils and cookware. Rooms had plenty of towels and blankets. The home was so comfortable for us all. The firepit was a hit. The location is perfect—close to many trailheads and lakes to explore. The views of the surrounding mountains are breathtaking. Highly recommend!
