Talcott Timber Lodge is a handcrafted, cozy, rustic retreat made for gathering, relaxing, and reconnecting with loved ones and nature. Overlooking Suncadia’s 14th fairway, it features a large private yard where elk and deer roam, soaring pine ceilings, heated floors, stone fireplaces, patios, hot tub, and firepit. With 3 ensuite king bedrooms plus a self-contained suite w/ fireplace, TV, and kitchenette; home sleeps up to 14.

Talcott Timber Lodge is a handcrafted, cozy retreat where rustic charm meets comfort and connection. Step inside to find sunlit pine ceilings, rich woodwork, and a welcoming great room centered around a dramatic stone fireplace. Panoramic windows frame peaceful views of the 14th fairway and a private wildlife sanctuary—an additional lot purchased to ensure privacy and open space where deer, elk, and wild turkeys wander freely.

Gather around the expansive dining table for holiday meals, family celebrations or group retreats, or unwind in the enclosed outdoor lounge—a perfect spot for morning coffee, reading, or quiet conversation. Evenings come alive on the patios with a crackling firepit and bubbling hot tub, surrounded by the glow of nature.

The lodge features three ensuite king bedrooms plus a self-contained suite with its own entrance, fireplace, TV, and kitchenette. Hand built by the family who owns it, every detail reflects craftsmanship, warmth, and a personal touch. And when the morning sun rises over the mountains, lighting up the fairway and private yard, it’s a moment you’ll never forget.

IS THE AREA SAFE?
▹▹▹ Absolutely! Suncadia is a quiet, secure resort community. It's family-friendly with minimal traffic and plenty of outdoor space for kids to safely explore. The abundant wildlife is very familiar to humans but always remember, they are wild. It is never a good idea to approach or feed them.

A car is recommended for getting around Suncadia, Roslyn and Cle Elum. Guests will find public parking just steps away from the front door. Please note: no street parking is permitted.

Non-refundable Credit Card Processing Fee: In the event of a cancellation, a 4% credit card processing fee (charged by the payment processor) is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refunded amount.

This home resides in a noise-sensitive area, and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant and only monitors the level of decibels and number of devices. It does not record or listen to any personal conversation or information. RESTRICTIONS INCLUDE:

  • Pool/ Fitness - We are unable to provide access to the Suncadia Swim + Fitness centers, including the Nelson Farm Pool, which is reserved exclusively for members. These restrictions are due to Suncadia policies that are outside of our control.
  • Suncadia policies prohibit all-terrain vehicles and snowmobiles.

FEES DISCLOSURE
• Guests must select either a refundable security deposit or an optional damage waiver for stay protection.
• A pet fee applies for approved, pre-registered pets at $99 per pet.
• All fees are fully disclosed in advance and processed through secure, Airbnb-compliant software “Enso Connect”.
• Acceptance of our rental agreement and applicable fees are required to receive access to the property. No exceptions.

HOUSEHOLD ESSENTIALS PROVIDED

  • We provide a starter supply of household essentials to get you comfortably settled in. This includes dish soap, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, laundry pods or sheets, and bath products (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash).
  • You’ll also find basic kitchen staples such as salt, pepper, tea, coffee, creamer, hot chocolate, and K-cups. These are provided in amounts intended to last about two to three days, depending on usage; guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed for the rest of their stay.
  • For linens, we provide towels, washcloths, and hand towels for each guest, along with sheets, pillowcases, comforters, and/or blankets for each bed. For longer stays or heavier use, guests can refresh everything using the in-home washer and dryer. Please avoid overfilling the washing machine so the spin cycle works properly, and the drum is not damaged.

We respect your privacy, and we’re always available if you need us! Feel free to reach out anytime with questions or if you’d like recommendations—we’re happy to help.

We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-Star experience. Guests will be provided with a startup supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. If your stay is longer than a few days you will need to bring these items with you.
