Inside, soaring ceilings and walls of reclaimed barnwood set a warm, rustic tone. The great room centers around a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace and large windows that fill the space with natural light. Whether curled up with a good book or enjoying a movie on the 80-inch smart TV, every corner feels designed for comfort.
The open kitchen invites conversation and creativity, featuring stainless steel appliances, a six-burner range, and seating for everyone at the large dining table and island. It’s the kind of kitchen that makes both cooking and sharing meals easy and memorable.

When it’s time to play, head to the game room—a favorite for all ages—with table-top shuffleboard, classic Mrs. Pac-Man, Galaga, Fast & Furious arcade games, air-hockey and another TV for game-day gatherings. Pool table and air hockey will be set up by March 1. Upstairs, a second TV lounge offers a quiet spot for kids or guests who’d prefer a different movie or show. The custom bunk room, built entirely with reclaimed barnwood and featuring full-over-full bunks, makes bedtime part of the adventure.

Absolutely! Suncadia is a quiet, secure resort community. It's family-friendly with minimal traffic and plenty of outdoor space for kids to safely explore. The abundant wildlife is very familiar to humans but always remember, they are wild. It is never a good idea to approach or feed them.

A car is recommended for getting around Suncadia, Roslyn and Cle Elum. Guests will find public parking just steps away from the front door. Please note: no street parking is permitted.

PRE-ARRIVAL ID VERIFICATION: Guests will be asked to complete a pre-arrival form and ID verification upon booking confirmation.

FEE DISCLOSURE
We understand that accidents can happen. To give you peace of mind during your stay, we offer two options to help protect both you and the home:

1️⃣ Damage Waiver
For a small, one-time fee of $64, our Damage Waiver covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear during your stay.
✔️ Provides up to $1,000 in coverage
✔️ Helps avoid unexpected repair or replacement costs
✔️ Keeps the property in great shape for you and future guests

With the Damage Waiver, you can relax and enjoy your stay without added stress.
⚠️ The Damage Waiver is non-refundable. Please report any damages before checkout.
⚠️ While the waiver helps protect you from unexpected accidents, it doesn’t cover theft, intentional damage, or damage from misuse/abusing the space or ignoring house rules—such as smoking indoors, throwing a party, damage caused by a pet or deliberately breaking items.

2️⃣ Safety Deposit
Alternatively, you can choose a refundable Safety Deposit to cover any potential damages during your stay.
💳 A temporary hold of $1,000 is placed on your payment method 2 days before check-in
✅ If no damage is reported, the hold is released 2 days after checkout
🔁 For longer stays, the hold is renewed every 7 days
⏳ Processing may take up to 14 days, depending on your credit card provider

All fees are fully disclosed in advance and processed through secure, Airbnb-compliant software “Enso Connect”.

Acceptance of our rental agreement and applicable fees are required to receive access to the home. No exceptions.

Blue Sky Retreats reserves the right to approve each pet request and charge an additional fee of up to $250. This fee is fully disclosed in advance and also processed through "Enso Connect".

• Events at the Nelson Farm Preserve and Dawson Park such as the Fall Festival, Farmer's Markets, Battista Park and more.

• Any of the restaurants or bars at the lodge, Swiftwater Winery or the Inn

• Golf (including a free par 3 area near the winery)

RESTRICTIONS INCLUDE:

• Pool/ Fitness - We are unable to provide access to the Suncadia Swim + Fitness centers, including the Nelson Farm Pool, which is reserved exclusively for members. These restrictions are due to Suncadia policies that are outside of our control.
• Suncadia policies prohibit all-terrain vehicles and snowmobiles.

HOUSEHOLD ESSENTIALS PROVIDED

• We provide a starter supply of household essentials to get you comfortably settled in. This includes dish soap, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, laundry pods or sheets, and bath products (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash).
• You’ll also find basic kitchen staples such as salt, pepper, tea, coffee, creamer, hot chocolate, and K-cups. These are provided in amounts intended to last about two to three days, depending on usage; guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed for the rest of their stay.
• For linens, we provide towels, washcloths, and hand towels for each guest, along with sheets, pillowcases, comforters, and/or blankets for each bed. For longer stays or heavier use, guests can refresh everything using the in-home washer and dryer. Please avoid overfilling the washing machine so the spin cycle works properly, and the drum is not damaged.

GOOD NEIGHBOR PROTECTION PROGRAM
This home resides in a noise-sensitive area, and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor Protection Program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant and only monitors the level of decibels and number of devices. It does not record or listen to any personal conversation or information. We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-Star experience. Guests will be provided with a startup supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. If your stay is longer than a few days you will need to bring these items with you.
