After a day of skiing at Terry Peak or riding the nearby trails, your group can spread out. Gather around the 6-foot gas fire table on the deck, soak in the private hot tub, or head to the community center for a swim in the year-round heated pool. This is how the Black Hills are meant to be experienced.

Step into the heart of the home, a warm and inviting great room designed for gathering and relaxing. Vaulted ceilings with impressive timber beams, a beautiful wood-and-stone fireplace, and plush leather seating create the perfect setting to unwind after a day of exploring the Black Hills.
Gourmet Kitchen & Dining
Created with groups in mind, this kitchen makes cooking and entertaining effortless. Enjoy leathered stone countertops, fully stocked cookware and utensils, and both red and white wine glasses. With generous counter space, quality appliances, and plenty of storage, preparing and sharing meals is easy and enjoyable.

Outdoor Living
Step outside and enjoy beautiful Black Hills living year-round. Soak in the private 6-person hot tub, unwind around the stunning 6-foot gas fire table, or relax by the propane fire pit on the upper deck. We do provide a propane tank for guest use; however, refills are not guaranteed, so feel free to refill if you plan to use it extensively. The kitchen deck also features a grill, making outdoor cooking and dining convenient and enjoyable.

The house is NOT PET-FRIENDLY.
Guests will have access to the entire house. One of the garage bays is only for owner use. You will have the two main garage doors for your own use.
We’re available to help from 7 AM to 10 PM every day via call, text, message, or in person. After hours, we switch to emergency-only mode, phone calls only, please if you are needing an immediate response. And fair warning: I’m a heavy sleeper, so you might need to call twice to wake me up! 😴📞
