KITCHEN & DINING: The sleek, modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-end Samsung Smart appliances, including a refrigerator, gas range, and dishwasher. The spacious island provides ample prep space, and a designer dining table allows guests to dine together while enjoying views of the pool and mountains. The kitchen has everything needed to create gourmet meals and plenty of storage for groceries.
BEDROOMS & BATHS: With four bedrooms, including two with ensuite bathrooms, this home comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. Each bedroom offers private access to the backyard, featuring a mature mango tree and expansive putting green.
The primary suite boasts clerestory windows, a California king bed, a 43" LED Smart TV, and direct access to the poolside with mountain views. Its ensuite bathroom includes a large walk-in shower, dual sinks, a soaking tub, and designer accents.
The second bedroom features a king bed, mid-century decor, a 50" LED Smart TV, and closet space.
The third bedroom has two twin beds, designed with a complete mid-century vibe.
The fourth bedroom includes a queen bed and a private backyard entrance, creating a guest suite with its own bathroom and walk-in shower.
GAME ROOM: The air-conditioned garage has been transformed into a game room, perfect for entertainment with a Foosball table, Pac-Man arcade, and a large screen for movie nights or gaming sessions.
OUTDOOR AREAS: Enjoy uninterrupted mountain views from all corners of the backyard, featuring a private pool with a hot tub, two fire pits, a full outdoor kitchen, bocce ball court, and outdoor shower. Morning coffee is best enjoyed on the front patio, and outdoor dining for eight provides ample space for group meals. Lounge chairs around the pool and bocce ball area allow for relaxation and taking in the serene surroundings.
For additional comfort, pool heating is available at $100 per day (recommended November-April; please inquire about current pool temperatures).
