Westside Palm is a brand-new 3-bedroom, 2-bath vacation home. Designed for families and groups, this modern retreat sleeps up to 9 guests and offers upscale amenities, indoor entertainment, and a private outdoor living space just minutes from the beach and Lake Powell.
Inside the Home
The home features central air conditioning, a built-in mudroom, high-speed internet, Smart TVs in every room, and a dedicated office workspace—ideal for both vacation stays and remote work.
️ Sleeping arrangements include a primary suite with a king-size bed, ceiling fan, Smart TV, and private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed with ceiling fan and Smart TV. The third bedroom features a queen bunk bed with a twin trundle and Smart TV. A stand-alone fan is also provided.
The fully stocked kitchen is designed for convenience and entertaining, featuring a smart stove with a built-in air fryer, microwave drawer, dishwasher, and full-size appliances. Cookware includes an Instant Pot, griddle, Dutch oven, cookie sheets, and toaster. A dedicated drink station offers a Keurig with hot and cold coffee options, Ninja blender, electric tea kettle, and a full set of cocktail and wine glasses with bar tools.
In-Home Premium Water System
The home includes premium water systems throughout, with a reverse osmosis drinking water system filtering 99.9% of harmful contaminants, a whole-house filtration system, and a water softener for added comfort.
Game Room
The converted garage serves as a fully climate-controlled game room with three arcade games, ping pong table, board games, and a 70-inch Smart TV, making it a favorite space for kids and families.
Outdoor Entertainment
Outside, guests can enjoy a private saltwater ozone pool with heating and cooling options, a tanning ledge, pool basketball hoop, loungers, umbrellas, cornhole, and pool toys. A dedicated outdoor dining area, patio lounge seating, outdoor griddle with grilling tools, and pool towels complete the space. There is also an outdoor shower to wash off after your time at the beach.

Located on the north side of Highway 98, Westside Palm offers a quick bike or golf cart ride to beach access and is minutes from public Lake Powell, featuring a small beach and public boat ramp.

The area is also bike-friendly, and golf cart rentals are a fun option for quick trips to the beach and nearby spots. Uber/Lyft and local taxis/shuttles operate in the area as well.

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must be present for the entire duration of the stay.
