Step into the backyard oasis where a covered porch offers a foosball table, gas grill, and a spacious outdoor dining and seating area—perfect for enjoying warm coastal evenings. With four complimentary adult bikes and a 6-seater golf cart, getting around the area is easy and fun.

ABOUT THE AREA
Casa De La Sea is located within the Highland Parks Community, known for its beautiful resort-style community pool just a short bike ride away. Nature lovers will enjoy direct access to nearby trails for biking or hiking. Walk or ride to local favorites, or start your morning with coffee and pastries from Blue Mountain Bakery—famous for its cinnamon rolls.

BEACH ACCESS
Blue Mountain Regional Beach Access is just a short ride away. Hop on the bikes or golf cart and head out for a beach day along the emerald waters. From the neighborhood, turn left onto 30A, continue approximately one mile, then turn right onto Blue Mountain Road. Turn right at the stop sign to reach the beach access.
