KITCHENS:

No oils, sprays, foil, or wrap provided.

Bath and beach towels are provided.
Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
An iron and an ironing board are provided.

IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES:
No smoking anywhere on the property.
Guests must be 25 years or older to book.
We recommend travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances. The cancellation policy is strictly enforced.

PET POLICY: Non-shedding and small dogs are welcome for a pet fee. Please message us with your dog's weight and breed to receive a payment request. Pets must not be left unattended and are not allowed on furniture or beds.

LOCATION:
The property is steps from North Beach access and the beach trail.
Downtown Del Mar’s restaurants, boutiques, and outlets are a five-minute drive away.

GUEST ACCESS:
Keyless entry is provided with a unique code sent before arrival.
No physical keys are required.
