The combined property offers six bedrooms, additional sleeping areas, ocean breezes, balconies, air conditioning, and stylish coastal décor. Guests appreciate the secret kids’ hideaway/playroom and the spacious layouts in both homes.

Both condos offer fully equipped kitchens with:
Each kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, blender, toaster, drip coffee maker, plates, bowls, silverware, wine glasses, pots, pans, cooking utensils, and basic spices such as salt, pepper, and a spice rack. Oils, sprays, foil, and wrap are not provided.

Each home's dining area comfortably seats 6 to 8 guests.

Starter supplies are provided, including trash bags, paper towels, a sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods, and dryer sheets.

Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for guest use.

IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES
No smoking anywhere on the property.
No pets allowed, except approved ADA service animals.
Garage access is not available.
Guests must be 25 years or older to book.
Travel insurance is recommended for unforeseen circumstances. The cancellation policy is strictly enforced.

The property is steps from North Beach access and the beach trail, and a short drive to Del Mar shops, the pier, outlets, Dana Point Harbor, and other attractions.
