Built in 1927, this historic Spanish villa is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The property is also close to Del Mar’s shops and restaurants, including Nick’s and Avila’s El Ranchito.

No smoking anywhere on the property.
Travel insurance is recommended for unforeseen circumstances.
The cancellation policy is strictly enforced.
Guests must be 25 years or older to book.

PET POLICY:
We welcome one small, non-shedding dog for a pet fee. Please provide your dog's weight and breed so we can send a payment request. Pets must not be left unattended and are not allowed on furniture or beds.

The property is steps from beach access and Casa Romantica.
Del Mar’s restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques are half a mile away.

GUEST ACCESS
Keyless entry is provided with a unique code issued before arrival.
No physical keys are required.
