Located just steps from the pristine sands of Victoria Beach, you’ll enjoy easy access to stunning shoreline views, tide pools, and peaceful seaside strolls. For evenings out, the acclaimed Drake restaurant is right next door, offering live jazz and fine dining just moments away.
Perfect for couples or solo travelers seeking a luxurious yet cozy getaway, the cottage offers all the essentials plus extras for a memorable stay. LIVING:
Perfectly appointed furnishings set this vacation home apart from the rest. We have comfortable pull out sofa, plenty of seating and a large 65' Samsung TV perfect for watching a big game or relaxing at the end of the day with a great movie.
INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME:
All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished with cable/satellite TV and high speed WiFi (Free WiFi). Kitchens are equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, traditional drip coffee maker (ground beans), toaster and blender.
KITCHEN:
Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt and pepper. No other cooking essentials or supplies are provided (oil, sprays or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.).
HOUSE SUPPLIES:
Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods and dryer sheets.
OTHER ITEMS:
The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.

We're located on PCH right across from Victoria Beach and the famous Drake restaurant.

Guests have access to the entire unit. The cottage is accessible using a keyless system that allows entry into the estate through your entire stay. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier so that you can start your vacation as soon as possible!
