Perfect for families or small groups, this cozy retreat offers a spacious living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen a full game room casita with a kitchenette. Relax in the private hot tub, gather around the outdoor fire pit, and enjoy the tranquil mountain views. PARKING: There is room for 2 compact vehicles or 1 large vehicle in our 2 car garage. If you have an oversized truck or can't fit both vehicles in the 2 car garage you will need to park a vehicle off site in a public parking lot. No parking in the empty lot that is roped off.

GAME ROOM-
Perfect for both adults and children, the game room has shuffleboard, arcade games, poker table, full bar, fireplace, kitchenette and a bedroom with a Queen bed.

KITCHEN:
Gather all of your family and friends around this remodeled gourmet eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a 5 burner gas range, and a large oven.

LIVING/DINING:

Dine and relax in this well appointed vacation home. Plenty of seating in the living room around the fireplace, or at the dining table to eat or play a board game or puzzle. Turn on the 75"' Smart TV perfect for watching a big game or relaxing at the end of the day with a great movie.

OUTSIDE:

Come relax in our hot tub, gather around the firepit, enjoy eating outdoors or playing games in our oversized lot.

INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME:
All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished with Smart Tv's offering Hulu and streaming services capability along with high speed WiFi (Free WiFi). Kitchens are equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, crock pot, Keurig and traditional drip coffee maker (ground beans), toaster and blender.

KITCHEN:
Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt and pepper. No other cooking essentials or supplies are provided (oil, sprays or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.).

HOUSE SUPPLIES:
Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods and dryer sheets.

OTHER ITEMS:
The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and beach towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There is also a designated laundry area with washer and dryer.

LOCATION:

Located in lower Moonridge which is an ideal location to get to the slopes, lake, golf course, Moonridge zoo. No steep hills to deal with!

GUEST ACCESS:

Guests have access to the entire home. The chalet is accessible using a keyless system that allows entry into the home through your entire stay. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier so that you can start your vacation as soon as possible!

• FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS - WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
  Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is no extra fee for early check in, or, late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!)
  WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
  Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.
  DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
  Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.
  WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
  All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew, measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and there is also a Keurig (k-cups) and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.
  There are bath towels, beach towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.
  CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
  We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
  DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
  No we do not. Our home has noise limit requirements set by the HOA. We do recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker to enjoy!
  DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
  No cats, certain non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs will be considered at an additional fee.
