This is a brand-new stylish home in the gated Signature at PGA West – surrounded by the famous Stadium Course, walk to Ernies bar and grill and of course just minutes from the Coachella grounds which hosts the festivals and equestrian events!

Note- The office is now a full over full bunk bed, the Piano has been removed and bedroom 2 is now a King. Just waiting on new photos:).

The Primary Suite: King size bed, 65"TV w/Cable, pool/views, oversized en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, separate walk in shower, walk in closet. Direct access to the pool.

Bedroom 3- Full over Full bunk bed, 32" Smart TV.

Living Room: Large Sofa + 80” Smart TV w/Cable.

KITCHEN:

Gather all of your family and friends around this gourmet eat-in kitchen, fully stocked, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and giant island.

LIVING:

The living room is a wonderful place for you to wind down, watch the game or match or observe a dazzling sunset. There is ample seating for your family and a 65” Smart TV. This open concept floor plan unfolds to the dining room where you will find a dining table seating for 4 (with additional seating for 2 at the kitchen counter).

OUTSIDE:

The living room opens up (stackable doors) to your own private outdoor desert paradise. The backyard features a pool/hot tub, outdoor dining table, seating area, BBQ, lounge chairs, Adirondack chairs and a tropical plants which make you feel like you are in Hawaii!

INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME:

Home is fully furnished with cable/satellite TV and high speed WiFi (Free WiFi). Kitchens are equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, Nespresso, traditional drip coffee maker (self grinding) and toaster.

KITCHEN:

Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt and pepper.

HOUSE SUPPLIES:

Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods and dryer sheets.

OTHER ITEMS:

The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with washer and dryer.

COMMUNITY ACCESS:

You will have access to the community pool/hot tub as well a short 5 minute walk from the home. Outdoor living/BBQ area, Fitness center, Bocce ball, shuffleboard, putting green and more. (Key FOBs are in the home)

LOCATION:

4 miles to the Empire Polo Fields the equestrian activities and Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals; minutes from the La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta golf courses. Highway 111 is 5 miles, with Costco, Target, Trader Joes, Coffee Bean, and Starbucks, among many other chains and local favorites. Less than 10 minutes from I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations.

  - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS -

CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?
YES, hot tub heat is complimentary, the pool is 50 per day to heat to 88 degrees (only needed October-May) Summer months the pool sits from 85-95 degrees.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?

Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is 11AM. (Different for festivals) Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is no extra fee for early check in, or, late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!)

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?

Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.

DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?

Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.

CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?

We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.

DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?

No we do not. Our home has noise limit requirements set by the HOA. We do recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker to enjoy!

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?

Certain Hypoallergenic dogs. No Cats. Please inquire with breed, weight and training. Must be crate trained when not supervised, well picked up after and trained.
