Welcome to Sea Glass—an oceanfront escape on Dana Point’s exclusive Beach Road. This newly redesigned 3BR/2BA features high-end designer finishes, a chef’s kitchen and amazing ocean views from all windows. Fall asleep to waves, sip sunrise coffee on the deck, and watch surfers, dolphins and even whales! Parking for 3 vehicles. Come escape the daily grind with us!
*Note: This home is located on the water on Beach Road. There are train tracks nearby so please keep that in mind. For those light sleepers we do provide ear plugs and white noise machines.
*Note: Beach access right out in front can be limited due to the time of year, high tides, and sand erosion. A little walk away you can access when this is the case.
FIREPLACE- The fireplace is just for looks and is not operational.
BEDROOMS/SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
The primary suite has a King size bed, full ensuite bath and a large walk in closet with unforgettable ocean views! Located on floor 2.
Bedroom 2- 1 Queen Bed and stunning ocean views on floor 1.
Bedroom 3- 1 Full bunk beds (Great kids rooms, sleeps 4!) on floor 2.
Living Room- Stylish couch, 2 sitting chairs . 75" TV, Dining table for 8 and amazing ocean views!
Central AC and Heat- We have Central AC and HEAT, as most ocean front homes we don't have AC you are one of the few!
KITCHEN:
Fully stocked kitchen will make you feel like your at home. 8 seat dining table.
LIVING:
Perfectly appointed furnishings set this vacation home apart from the rest. We have a stylish sofa plenty of seating and a large 75" TV perfect for watching a big game or relaxing at the end of the day with a great movie.
OUTSIDE:
Enjoy some of the worlds greatest ocean views from your private ocean deck, can't get any closer..... Enjoy our outdoor seating and take in the fresh ocean breeze from your front row ocean seats! Grill some great steaks with our BBQ, sun bath on the couch loungers and just relax!
PARKING- 3 Car maximum. Parking is private directly across from the garage.
INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME:
All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished with cable/satellite TV and high speed WiFi (Free WiFi). Kitchens are equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, traditional drip coffee maker (ground beans), toaster and blender.
KITCHEN:
Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt and pepper. NO OTHER cooking essentials or supplies are provided (oil, sprays or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.).
HOUSE SUPPLIES:
Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper.
OTHER ITEMS:
The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash.
GUEST ACCESS-
Guests have access to the entire home. Accessible using a keyless system that allows entry into the home through your entire stay. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier so that you can start your vacation as soon as possible!
Other things to note….
WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation, but, please only inquire the week of your stay. There is no extra fee for early check in, or, late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!)
WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.
DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.
WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.
There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash.
DO YOU HAVE BEACH TOYS, CHAIRS, UMBRELLAS FOR RENTER USE:
Yes, we provide beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels.
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
No, please bring your own Bluetooth enabled devices.
DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
No cats, certain non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs will be considered at an additional fee.
We're located in what is referred to as the Riviera of the west. Ultra private gated beach front community. There is no point in leaving!
Conveniently minutes from downtown Dana Point, San Clemente, 20 minutes from Laguna Beach and a close 30 minutes to Newport Beach.
