Step straight onto the sand from this newly remodeled beachfront cottage with private beach stairs, oceanfront deck, and a cozy firepit— The sunsets are breathtaking! Located in a gated community on exclusive Beach Road, you're just minutes from Dana Point, Laguna, and San Clemente. This single-level home is part of a duplex and ideal for family or group getaways. Swim, surf, spot dolphins, and unwind to the sound of crashing waves.
*Note: This home is located on the water on Beach Road. There are train tracks nearby, so please keep that in mind. For those light sleepers, we do provide earplugs and white noise machines.

Primary bedroom- 1 King-size bed and TV
Bedroom 2- 1 Queen-size bed
Bedroom 3- 1 Full-size bed, 1 Twin with trundle, and the laundry room
Living Room- Couch, mounted TV, ceiling fan, and new sliders to the patio
NO AC- We have Central HEAT, as most oceanfront homes don't have AC.
KITCHEN:
A fully stocked kitchen will make you feel like you're at home. 8-seat dining table.
LIVING:
Perfectly appointed furnishings set this vacation home apart from the rest. We have a comfortable sofa, plenty of seating, and a 60" TV perfect for watching a big game or relaxing at the end of the day with a great movie.
OUTSIDE:
Enjoy some of the worlds greatest ocean views from your private ocean deck, can't get any closer..... Enjoy our outdoor seating and take in the fresh ocean breeze from your front row ocean seats! Grill some great steaks with our BBQ, chill on our comfortable outdoor sofa, and light the outdoor firepit!
PARKING - 2 Cars maximum; must be parked in the driveway.
INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME:
All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished with Smart TVs and high-speed WiFi (Free WiFi). Kitchens are equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, traditional drip coffee maker (ground beans), toaster, and blender.
KITCHEN:
Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the home's max occupancy: basic dining, cooking, and serving essentials, including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils, and kitchen accessories such as a can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons, and more.
NO OTHER cooking essentials or supplies are provided (oil, sprays, or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.).
HOUSE SUPPLIES:
Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, a kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and toilet paper.
OTHER ITEMS:
The property is equipped with a specific number of bath and pool towels to accommodate the home's max occupancy.
The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and liquid body wash.
GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have access to the entire home. Accessible using a keyless system that allows entry into the home throughout your stay. The code changes for every reservation, so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code before arrival, the check-in process is much easier, so you can start your vacation as soon as possible!

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check-in is after 4 PM local time, and check-out is 11 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for your reservation, but please inquire only the week of your stay. There is no extra fee for early check-in or late check-out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!)
WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
Our homes have keyless entry, and we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for each reservation, making it an incredibly safe alternative. Issuing the code before arrival makes the check-in process much easier.
DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.
DO YOU HAVE BEACH TOYS, CHAIRS, UMBRELLAS FOR RENTER USE:
Yes, we provide beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels.
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
