Entertainment includes a 55" Samsung HD TV, Blu-Ray player, satellite with movie channels, and Sonos sound bar—all operated via universal remote.

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all cookware and serveware needed for family meals. The adjacent dining area seats six, with three additional bar seats at the kitchen counter. Both areas boast ocean views, making breakfast or dinner a scenic experience.

Ocean Jammin has three thoughtfully arranged bedrooms:
*Primary Suite – King bed, ensuite with dual vanities, garden tub, and separate walk-in shower.

*Bunk Bedroom – Pyramid bunk (twin over full) with twin trundle, attached bath, perfect for kids.

Three full bathrooms provide convenience and comfort for all guests, with hot water, fresh towels, and essential toiletries included. The master ensuite is a relaxing retreat with a soaking tub and walk-in shower.

Enjoy the oceanfront top-floor deck with lounge and dining furniture overlooking both the Atlantic and the condo pool. Perfect for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or a quiet read in the sea breeze.
🚗 Guest Access & Parking
Guests have private use of the condo, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living area, and oceanfront deck. The complex pool and covered parking are included. An ADA-compliant elevator services all floors. Maximum 2 vehicles allowed.
Beach Gear - Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights receive a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddle-boards, and more – the choice is yours! Bonus for booking your vacation with IOP Escapes!
Linens / Toiletries - All bed linens, kitchen towels and bath towels are provided for your convenience. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, shampoo & conditioner, paper towels, etc. but please keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.
Parking - A maximum of 2 vehicles can be parked at this property.
Elevator - There is an ADA compliant elevator that services all floors.
