Welcome to Shep Shack on Isle of Palms
Shep Shack is your ultimate beach getaway, designed by Bravo TV's Southern Charm star and resident fun-haver, Shep Rose. Located just a 3-minute stroll from the sunny shores of Isle of Palms, SC, this laid-back 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom beach house is where chill meets southern charm.
Whether you're lounging in one of two spacious living areas, dining al fresco, or battling for the title of Ping Pong Champion, Shep Shack is just minutes from the beach and 20 minutes from downtown Charleston, it’s the perfect Lowcountry getaway.
Step into a bright, breezy open-concept living space where the vibe is casual, coastal, and totally Shep. The living room, dining area, and kitchen flow together for maximum hangout potential—whether you’re playing board games, listening to vinyls on the record player, or whipping up Shep-style snacks (yes, there's a blender).
Sleep Like a Southern Star:
• 2 dreamy King bedrooms for grown-up naps and Netflix binges
• 1 bunk room with a twin bed + twin-over-full bunk (aka Kid Zone or Grown-Up Crash Pad—no judgment)
• 3 full bathrooms so nobody’s waiting in line post-beach
Downstairs = Game Time
Head downstairs to the den where the fun really kicks in:
• Ping pong table for competitive spirits
• Widescreen TV for movie nights or sports marathons
• Comfy couch you’ll probably fall asleep on at least once
Outside Vibes:
Fire up the propane grill on the deck and dine under the stars at the outdoor table. The beach is so close you can smell the salt air. Grab your flip flops (or don’t), and head out for sunrise walks, sunset swims, or sandcastle battles.
Large fenced backyard + outdoor shower
Free WiFi, A/C, washer/dryer & driveway parking
Pet-friendly—so don’t forget Fido!
Why Shep Shack?
Because it’s more than a beach house—it’s a vibe. It’s a place to relax, recharge, and maybe pretend you’re on a Bravo show for a hot minute. Whether you’re a Shep superfan, a beach bum, or just here for good times and tan lines, this is your spot.
Come stay where Shep plays. The beach is calling. You in?
Prime Location:
Close to the beach, parks, golf, ferry, and great local spots—plus just 20 minutes to historic downtown Charleston.
