This week

This will be the 2nd year in a row my family has rented 915 Ocean Blvd through IOP Escapes for our family vacation on IOP. I, myself have been coming to IOP now for approximately 25+ years and have rented more than 8-10 homes on the Island. 915 Ocean Blvd is in the top 2, possibly the nicest and most accommodating home I have stayed in. The staff with IOP Escapes is wonderful (especially Jeremy and Amy) who both have gone out of their way to make sure our stay(s) at their homes are memorable. Check in/out was a breeze and the house was spotless upon arrival. 915 Ocean has everything our family would need and want while on vacation and if it didn't the staff with IOP Escapes would do everything they could to accommodate us. The one thing that is nice about this home is every bedroom has King beds which you don't find very often in homes on IOP. I've also noticed some updates that have been done since our stay last year which have made the house more accommodating to renters. Having the pool and especially the hot tub is a huge bonus, especially on days where the weather on the beach isn't all that great. Having 2 sets of washers/dryers in the house is also a plus. 5-6 families scrambling over 1 set is always a hassle and this house solves that problem. I also like the extra refrigerator in the pantry area even though the commercial size one in the kitchen is large enough to handle any families grocery supplies. Any issues that we encountered during our stay, Jeremy (Property Mgr) was there immediately to address it. This house is in a great location (walking distance to beach shops & eateries). I also liked that every room has a smart TV which is nice for those that have Netflix, HULU, & kids. Plenty of space in the back yard for some Cornhole games. If there was anything I could say about this house it would be that I wished the two 2nd floor bedrooms had their own washrooms. Outside of this, the house is perfect for any family who wants to have a luxury experience on the Isle of Palms. Very well taken care of and managed by its owner and staff @ IOP Escapes. Thanks again for everything that was done to make our stay a special and memorable one. See you next year!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful beach house! Even though the weather didn’t cooperate during our trip, this home gave our family so many incredible spaces to gather, relax, and make memories together. From hours of games around the dining room table, to hanging out with the uncles on the front porch drinking beers and laughing, to cozy evenings wrapped in blankets on the back porch listening to the rain — every space felt warm, comfortable, and inviting. One of our favorite memories was the late-night cousin hot tub sessions in the rain! The covered patio area under the back porch also turned into the perfect entertainment spot for flip cup tournaments and family fun. The location across from the beach is unbeatable, and the house itself is absolutely stunning. Every bedroom and bathroom is beautifully designed and feels luxurious and comfortable at the same time. You can tell so much thought went into every detail of this home. You truly won’t be disappointed staying here. It was the perfect house for family time, rain or shine, and we can’t wait to come back!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. The heated pool and hot tub were great and used often during our Thanksgiving holiday. The rooms were spacious and it's good to note that the small room with the pullout sofa has its own door and acts as another bedroom. That was great to find when we got there. The kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to make a full Thanksgiving meal. Walkability is wonderful at this location too. We'll be back!
