Paved, level parking right outside the front door can easily accommodate 4 cars and could also hold a motorcycle trailer or similar. The property is mostly flat but does not have a lawn.

• Three days prior to arrival, you’ll be sent the check-in details.
• You will have the entire cabin to yourselves.
• Self checkin-in by keypad entry with your unique code for safety and security.

• A complimentary starter pack pack of dish soap, dish tabs, bar soaps, shampoo, laundry detergent, trash bags, and paper products provided (toilet paper, paper towels) is provided. Nearby stores offer everything you need for an extended escape. Linens, towels, and pool towels are provided.

POOL & MAINTENANCE: To keep our private indoor pool guest-ready, a maintenance fee is included in your booking and covers a twice a week pool service. No need for guests to be present.

• This property features exterior cameras. These devices may be recording audio and video 24/7. They do not face into living areas, pool or hot tub.

In order to rent this property:

Person with the platform account is the “Booking Guest.”
• Booking Guest must be 25 or older and submit government-issued ID to confirm age within 24 hours of making reservation (obscure your ID#)
• Booking Guest must sign and return the Cancellation Policy & Rental Agreement within 24 hours of making reservation
• Booking Guest must stay at the property for the entire reservation dates (booking for others is not allowed)
• Credit card must be in Booking Guest's name
In other words, ALL these must be in the SAME NAME. (Example: IF it is your account, you CANNOT use your mother-in-law/husband/sister/cat's credit card.

Security Hold: A $500 pre-authorization is required to maintain the quality of our luxe cabin. It is released promptly after a damage-free stay.

The roads and driveway are 100% paved with easy access to the house. Guests rave about how close the cabin is to town but still feels in the country. Come and enjoy the solitude!

Nature & Weather: This is a mountain home. You may encounter wildlife and insects; please do not feed the bears!
Winter travelers should have AWD/4WD or chains, as refunds are not provided for weather-related travel issues.

Check-Out Instructions:
Check-out time is by10:00 a.m. Cleaners often arrive close to 10am due to their busy schedule.
Leave beds unmade and remove all food items.
Load and start the dishwasher, and ensure that sinks are empty.
Dispose of trash in the provided bear-proof containers outside.
Close and lock all windows and doors.
Clean the grill after use.

Service Animal Policy:

In accordance with ADA and FHA regulations, we have the following Rules for our guests with Assistance Animals. This ensures that both your stay, and that of our guests after you will be enjoyable and relaxing. If you have any questions, please ask!

•Your Assistance Animal should not be left unattended at any time. They must go with you when you leave the property.

•Your Assistance Animal should have a collar, harness, or microchip with identifying owner information attached should it become lost.

•Please provide an advance copy of your Assistance Animal's rabies vaccine (current thru your stay). Current rabies vaccines are required on all pets by the state of Tennessee.

•Your Assistance Animal must be on a leash at all times, or under control of verbal or sight commands that they follow at all times.

•Your Assistance Animal must be housebroken, non-aggressive, not destructive, and not display repeated, unprovoked barking.

•We can ask you to remove your Assistance Animal and/or leave for excessive barking, aggressive or damaging behavior or obvious lack of sanitation.

•Puppies and Service Dogs in-training are not recognized under the ADA. We regret we are unable to accomodate those.

•Your service animal must use the bathroom outside. Indoor piddle pads are not allowed.

•Please clean up waste in the yard immediately and dispose of the bags properly. We do not provide them, please come prepared.

•Please keep your Assistance Animal off the furniture and counters.

•You are responsible at all times for your Assistance Animal's behavior. While we reasonably expect that your specialty Assistance Animal is well-trained, should any damage occur, you are responsible for the cost of any additional cleaning, repairs or replacements as a result.

Note: We fully support our guests who legitimately need assistance animals. Please be aware that fradulent misrepresentation of a pet as a Service Animal IS a federal crime under the ADA, as well as under various state and municipal statutes throughout the US, punishable by civil penalties, including fines and jail time.
