We loved our stay at this property! Definitely a 5 star rental. The location was perfect - only minutes to the beach and Orioles Spring training —and the place was spotless upon arrival. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, and the beds were very comfortable. Beach supplies were available and in pristine condition. Poolside furniture was comfortable and plentiful. A great area to sit and relax. The only disappointing feature was the heated pool. It was in the 70s when we arrived and never got warmer than 80. The host sent someone to adjust but it never warmed up enough to relax in the pool during our short stay. Host was very responsive and provided clear check-in instructions. Highly recommended!

We were in town for our son’s wedding and had a wonderful stay. Great communication and easy check-in. Very clean with updated interiors. Beds were comfortable and the pool was relaxing. Kitchen was well stocked. There were lots of extras throughout the house to make our stay stress free! Highly recommend.

Our Family had a fantastic stay in Sarasota! Location: This was a super convenient location, an easy drive for us from North Tampa and in proximity to many great spots and restaurants. We enjoyed Lenny’z pizza and siesta key beach. We also had a shopping day at the UTC mall which has any store you could think of. Home: It felt more like a home than a house the second we walked in. Beautifully set up with great spaces to make memories with the family. Despite record cold our kids had no problem jumping right in to the heated pool while my wife and I relaxed on the patio furniture. The big sectional was super cozy and we slept great in the beds during our stay. The kitchen has brand new appliances and all the utensils you could need. I also cooked pork chops on the grill that turned out fantastic. Host: The hosts were great and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. We appreciated the guest packet filled with solid recommendations. We will be back!!! :-)
