The location is a short drive up the hill from Silverthorne Colorado. It overlooks the valley and has gorgeous views of Gray's and Torrey's mountain peaks. It is centrally located with a 35 minute drive to Vail, 20 minutes to Breckenridge, 15 minutes to Arapahoe Basin, 12 minutes to Copper Mountain, 10 minutes to Keystone and 90 minutes to Denver International Airport. A free public bus with a stop right outside the door can also take you to the ski resorts, or anything you wish to do in Summit County.
There are many other summer and winter activities in the Summit County area. Hiking and biking trails are right outside the door. White water rafting, skiing and snowboarding, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, horseback riding, and golfing are all within easy reach of this gorgeous modern townhome.
