The tide pulls out, the sky goes gold, and from the sunroom at Low Tide you watch the whole Oregon coast put on a show. Two queen bedrooms, a bunk room built for cousins and best friends, and a family room that turns into the kids' favorite spot in the house. Ten guests, seven miles of sandy beach a short stroll away, and a Guest Favorite badge earned the honest way: a 4.94 rating and guests who keep coming back.
Step into Low Tide and the first thing you notice is the light. This fully remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bath home was designed for coastal living, all sleek modern finishes and big windows that frame the Pacific. It is one half of a two-unit building, and Low Tide has the run of the lower two levels: a bright main floor with two queen bedrooms, a full kitchen, and a living and dining area built for gathering, plus a lower level with a family room, a bunk room for the kids, and a sunroom that looks straight out at the ocean.
This is a Lincoln City vacation rental built for real trips, the ones with grandparents and grandkids, or two families splitting a week at the coast. Everyone gets their own space to retreat to, and everyone ends up back in the same room by evening anyway.
A short walk gets you to the sand. Lincoln City's famous seven miles of beach start just 10 to 15 minutes on foot from the front door, perfect for tide-pooling before breakfast or a sunset walk after dinner. Self check-in with a smart lock means your first stop after a long drive is the couch, not a lockbox hunt.
A quick note: Low Tide shares its building with a second unit, High Tide, on the floor above. The host has added resilient channel, floor insulation, and rugs upstairs to cut down on noise, and most stays are quiet, but if High Tide is occupied you may hear some footsteps overhead. We would rather tell you now than have you guess.

☆☆ BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS ☆☆
The main floor holds two bright bedrooms, each with a queen bed, plush bedding, and the kind of natural light that makes mornings easy. They share the main-floor bathroom with the kitchen, dining, and living areas, so the adults' wing stays quiet and separate from the action below.
Downstairs, the bunk room sleeps the kids or the friend group in style: two twin XL bunk beds, four twin beds total, with sleek frames and smart built-in storage so duffel bags do not take over the floor. A second full bathroom serves this level. The family room adds a queen sofa bed for extra sleeping space, and doubles as a kids' play area stocked with toys and games.
☆☆ KITCHEN ☆☆
Vacation cooking should feel like an upgrade, not a compromise, and the kitchen at Low Tide delivers. Quality finishes, full-size appliances, and enough counter space for two people to cook a real dinner at once make it easy to keep the group fed without a nightly restaurant bill. The adjoining dining area seats the whole crew, so nobody eats standing up.
☆☆ LIVING ROOM & SUNROOM ☆☆
The heart of Low Tide is the sunroom, a bright, glassed-in space on the lower level with ocean views and direct access to the shared patio. It is where coffee happens in the morning and where the last conversation of the night winds down. The adjoining family room is built for togetherness: a queen sofa bed, a TV, and a stash of toys and games that turns it into the kids' unofficial headquarters while the grown-ups relax within earshot.
Upstairs, the main-floor living and dining area rounds out the gathering space, open to the kitchen so whoever is cooking never misses the conversation.
☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆
Step out from the sunroom to a shared patio and BBQ area, the natural spot for a low-key coastal dinner after a day at the beach. The building's shared parking lot means everyone's cars fit without a game of musical spaces, and from there it is a short, easy walk to the sand.
