There is a free bus stop half a block away that provides regular access to Winter Park Ski Mountain. The primary transit center in Cooper Creek Sq providing access to Winter Park Resort and the surrounding area is also in walking distance.
Please note: this unit has received a renovation in late 2025 with new furniture, art, and supplies to enhance your stay. In March of 2026, the sleeper sofa + chaise will be replaced with a similar sleeper sofa + easy chair.

The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. The unit includes parking for a max of 2 vehicles, 1 vehicle in an assigned space in the access controlled heated garage, and 1 additional in overflow parking.
