Venture outside to our screened-in pool and lanai, the perfect spot for an afternoon dip or an evening under the stars. Our outdoor kitchen also awaits those delightful barbecue nights.

When you're ready to explore, the Briarwood neighborhood provides various amenities, including two heated community pools, tennis court, pickleball courts, children’s play area, basketball court, beach volleyball court and community room. Naples' serene beaches are just 5-10 minutes away, perfect for a day of relaxation or a stunning sunset walk.

The famed Naples Pier is a must-visit, and the downtown area offers a plethora of shopping and dining options for all tastes. For golf enthusiasts, a selection of fine golf courses is at your disposal.

Adult supervision for children at all times
No diving
No running
No jumping in the pool - please use steps.

Propane is not provided - but can be filled our switched at local hardware store.

Maximum 3 cars allowed - No street parking - all cars must be in driveway

Essential supplies are provided for the first few days, guests are responsible for extra toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, etc after what we provide is used
