The entire unit is for the private use of registered guests. There is shared access to resort-style pool, a gym, sauna, theater room, and large club room with pool table.
Condo requires you to fill out a security form. You must provide them with your ID 48 hours before check in. We will send you the link to fill out.
If this is not filled out, the building will not allow access, and there is nothing we can do, and no refund will be provided.
The building charges $35 a night valet fee to park your car in the garage.
