Welcome to your dream retreat in Naples, Florida! Our luxurious home, nestled in a prestigious guard-gated community, offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, complete with a private heated pool (pool heating is extra) and a beautifully landscaped exterior. Enjoy the spacious living room, perfect for movie nights, and a private workspace for your convenience. The chef's kitchen boasts generous countertop space and is ideal for preparing home-cooked meals to enjoy in the bright dining area.

Unwind in the unique game room, featuring a foosball table, cornhole, fitness, and an additional living area. The Primary Suite is a serene escape with a king-sized bed, premium bedding, and an en suite bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and dual sinks. Each bedroom is equipped with smart TVs, premium linens, and ample closet space.

Outside, relax on the patio with a dining table, sunbathing chairs, and conversation areas. The screened-in pool area is perfect for pool volleyball and sunbathing. The Briarwood neighborhood is just minutes from downtown Naples and the beach, offering amenities like playgrounds, lap and heated pools, and courts for basketball, volleyball, pickleball, and tennis.

Pool Information Our pool is a great place to relax and enjoy the outdoor setting. Since it is located outside, it’s normal for some natural debris like leaves or small foliage to occasionally make its way into the water, especially depending on weather conditions. Please note that small amounts of leaves or debris do not make the pool dirty or unusable — the pool is properly maintained and sanitized with chlorine to ensure it remains clean and safe for swimming. The pool is professionally serviced at least once per week, and while our team does their best to maintain a consistent schedule, service days may vary slightly due to weather or availability. For your convenience, a pool skimmer is provided, and guests may wish to use it between cleanings to keep the pool looking its best during their stay. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the pool as part of your stay! (there will be no refunds due to debris entering the pool)

Pool heaters, like any piece of technology, can occasionally experience issues. While we do our best to ensure they are functioning properly, we cannot guarantee pool heating and do not offer refunds for heating issues, except for the original pool heating fee.
If a problem arises, we will make every effort to resolve it as quickly as possible. While we don’t anticipate any issues, we appreciate your understanding that, like any technology, malfunctions can happen.
