This historical building features 12 newly renovated apartments that are built with your comfort in mind and offer the ideal city retreat. This particular unit is VERY spacious with lots of natural light.
Located on the third and fourth floors with convenient elevator access.
The apartments are accessed from the street level with a secured remote-accessed lock. For your safety and convenience, there is also 24/7 surveillance.
For peace of mind and security, each guest will have their own unique access codes to the main door and their separate apartment door that are only valid for the duration of their stay.
You'll have access to the main door, entryway, individual apartment unit, and a shared pool room.
Me or someone from my team is available 24/7 via the message thread.
We've streamlined the check-in/out process for you so there is no front desk, or physical keys that need to be picked up.
If you're unable to reach one of us, please use the emergency contact number provided in your House Manual sent prior to check-in.
Riverfront Park is located just 2 blocks away. Feel free to stop in on the first floor of the building to International Pancake House, or any of the trendy restaurants and cafes you'll find on the way.

There are no cameras inside the property or in any private or indoor living spaces. The purpose of these outdoor cameras is solely to enhance guest safety and prevent unauthorized access.
IMPORTANT:
To help ensure peace of mind during your stay, we offer two options for damage protection. You may choose a small, one-time non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers minor accidental incidents and is our most convenient and guest-preferred option. Alternatively, you may opt for a fully refundable Security Deposit, which is returned in full after your stay, provided no damage is reported.
