30A Beach Stays provides a few starter essentials to kick off your stay:

☼ A signed rental agreement is required before check-in. This agreement only needs to be signed by the guest that booked.
☼ Guests ages 18–24 with no one in the group over 25 will be required to pay a security deposit.
☼ If you decide to rent the on-site golf cart, a golf cart agreement must also be signed before we can share the key code for the golf carts. You'll receive a link to this agreement in your check-in message.
☼ A $150 pet fee per pet is required for approved furry friends. This fee does not apply to service animals. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a pet!
