Welcome to Salty Days, your stunning 30A retreat just a short walk from the sugar-white sands of Santa Rosa Beach. As the debut home in a private collection of five architect-designed residences in Old Seagrove, this brand-new coastal haven blends bold design with effortless comfort.

A floating staircase wrapped in a tranquil water feature sets the tone, welcoming you into a space with soaring 22’ ceilings, dramatic wood beams, an electric hearth, and accordion doors that open to your private turf courtyard. Whether you're gathering with family or vacationing with friends, this luxury escape sleeps 14+ with ease – and yes, your well-behaved pets are welcome, too!

If you'd like to use the on-site golf cart during your stay, it’s available to rent for $99 per day. Please reach out for details and availability. A signed golf cart agreement is required for all licensed drivers.

30A Beach Stays provides a few starter essentials to kick off your stay:
We’ve stocked the home with starter essentials:
☼ Full Bath: Travel Size shampoo, conditioner, hand/face bar, massage body bar, 2 toilet paper rolls
☼ Half Bath: Hand soap, 2 toilet paper rolls
☼ Kitchen: 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, 1 sponge, small dish soap, 1 roll of paper towels
☼ Trash Bags: A few liners per bathroom & kitchen bins
If you're staying longer or need more of anything, let us know — we're happy to recommend the closest grocery or convenience stores!

☼ A signed rental agreement is required before check-in. This agreement only needs to be signed by the guest that booked.
☼ Guests ages 18–24 with no one in the group over 25 will be required to pay a security deposit.
☼ If you decide to rent the on-site golf cart, a golf cart agreement must also be signed before we can share the key code for the golf carts. You'll receive a link to this agreement in your check-in message.
☼ A $150 pet fee per pet is required for approved furry friends. This fee does not apply to service animals. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a pet!
