Welcome to Beach Song, a newly remodeled, pet-friendly beach retreat right in the heart of Blue Mountain Beach. Fresh, coastal, and made for easy 30A living, this home is perfect for families, friend groups, and four-legged beach buddies who want space, style, and a great location.

Inside, Beach Song offers three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and comfortable sleeping for up to ten guests. The open living and dining space is bright and welcoming, the kitchen is fully updated with brand new stainless steel appliances, and every bedroom has its own TV. Outside, a huge deck sets the scene for morning coffee, post-beach hangs, and relaxed evenings under the stars.

We’ve stocked the home with starter essentials:
☼ Full Bath: Travel Size shampoo, conditioner, hand/face bar, massage body bar, 2 toilet paper rolls
☼ Half Bath: Hand soap, 2 toilet paper rolls
☼ Kitchen: 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, 1 sponge, small dish soap, 1 roll of paper towels
☼ Trash Bags: A few liners per bathroom & kitchen bins
If you're staying longer or need more of anything, let us know — we're happy to recommend the closest grocery or convenience stores!

☼ A signed rental agreement is required before check-in. This agreement only needs to be signed by the guest that booked.
☼ Guests ages 18–24 with no one in the group over 25 will be required to pay a security deposit.
