Summer’s Edge has extremely limited parking. This neighborhood was designed long before large SUVs and multi-car family trips became common, and parking is strictly enforced.
• Only 2 vehicles approved for this home may be parked at the property.
• No street parking is allowed at any time.
• No parking in empty lots, along green spaces, or in front of other homes.
• No RVs, trailers, boats, or oversized vehicles.
• Vehicles parked improperly may be ticketed or towed at the guest’s expense.
We strongly recommend carpooling and planning ahead. Summer’s Edge is very walkable and bike-friendly, and many guests find they do not need to drive once they arrive.
Failure to follow parking rules can result in HOA fines and possible termination of your stay without refund.

About the Neighborhood – Summer’s Edge
Summer’s Edge is a private community in Seagrove Beach along Scenic Highway 30A. It is one of the most walkable neighborhoods on this stretch of 30A, known for its charming coastal homes, brick-paved streets, and easy PRIVATE DEEDED access to the Gulf.
The neighborhood features two community pools and a private deeded beach access just a short walk away. Once you arrive, most guests park their car and explore by bike or on foot.
Summer’s Edge is a vacation-focused community with an active HOA. It is quiet, family-oriented, and not a party neighborhood. Rules are enforced to preserve the character of the area, including strict parking guidelines and quiet hours.
If you are looking for a central 30A location where you can walk to the beach, bike to dinner, and enjoy a classic coastal setting, Summer’s Edge is hard to beat.
