Our property is located near a natural area, so iguanas and raccoons may occasionally pass through the outdoor space. While we have deterrent devices and perimeter lighting installed to minimize wildlife activity, it may still occur from time to time.

To help ensure a smooth and safe stay, we may ask for additional verification, including a photo ID. If verification isn’t completed, the reservation may be canceled per platform rules.

Additional notes:
A starter supply of essentials is provided for each stay. Additional refills may be available the next day upon written request via Airbnb messaging.

Please do not leave exposed or uncovered food in the home. If excessive food waste or related mess is left behind and requires extra cleaning, a $100 additional cleaning fee will be charged.

Pool & Jacuzzi Heating

To help ensure a comfortable and safe experience for everyone, we’d like to share a few important details about the pool and jacuzzi heating system. The system is designed so that only one can be heated at a time, meaning the pool and jacuzzi cannot be heated simultaneously.

The jacuzzi heats up quickly and typically reaches the desired temperature in about 1 hour, making it ideal for short, relaxing use.

The pool requires significantly more time to heat and usually takes around 12 hours to reach the set temperature, depending on weather conditions.

For optimal comfort and proper chemical balance, the recommended pool temperature range is 82–86°F. Heating the pool beyond this range may impact water quality and clarity.

We kindly ask guests to plan their use accordingly and let us know in advance if you’d like the pool or jacuzzi heated so we can prepare it for you.
