Step outside to enjoy wooded walking trails, mountain views, riverfront swimming holes, and our collection of shared guest amenities, including a year-round hot tub, treehouse barrel sauna, riverside fire pit, and outdoor kitchen featuring a BBQ grill, pizza oven, sink, prep space, and covered dining area.

Uncommon Accommodations is located in the heart of Vermont's Green Mountains, offering endless opportunities for outdoor adventure, including hiking, skiing, and mountain biking.

Historic Johnson Village is 5 minutes away with numerous restaurants, convenience stores, and other attractions. The Lamoille Valley Rail Trail is a popular public trail for cycling, running, walking, and snowmobiling that runs through Johnson and can be accessed less than 5 minutes from the property. Lamoille Valley Bike Tours is located in Johnson and offers bike rentals and guided cycling tours. Butternut Mountain and Sterling Mountain are popular hiking & snowshoeing routes in town.
