We stayed at Tyler’s tiny house for the first time in July of 2026 with 2 children and our large size doodle. It was amazing stay! The house is clean, beautifully decorated, and easy to find. Tyler is very responsive, helpful, and always available. Sauna on the property was a big bonus and we used it every day. We swam and played at the river, which was great fun for everyone. It is conveniently located to everything: 15-20 minutes to Stowe, same time to Smugglers Nutch, Gondolas, Ben & Jerry factory, and Van Trapp Brewery. It’s less than an hour to Burlington and we made a day trip there to enjoy the Champlain Lake. We highly recommend Tyler’s place for VT family trip or relaxing couples retreat.

The place is pretty ideal if you are interested in exploring Northern Vermont. The tiny house was clean. The grill worked great. It's just a spit from the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail, which you can see from the porch.

Our version of “going to the cottage” was very relaxing. Loved all the amenities including the hot tub and sauna. Views were excellent and calming. Shower was spacious and living room was comfortable. The main bed was slightly too soft and there weren’t curtains on one side but we were able to manage. Overall, definitely recommend staying at Uncommon Accommodations!
