Step outside and you’re surrounded by nature. The property features over 2,000 feet of river frontage, multiple swimming holes, peaceful spots to relax by the water, and access to Dog’s Head Falls. Guests also enjoy a shared spa experience, including a year-round hot tub with views of the Green Mountains and a newly added treehouse barrel sauna down by the river—perfect for relaxing, recovering, and unwinding after a day of adventure.

This unit is a great choice for guests who want a unique stay with access to nature, wellness amenities, and a relaxed communal atmosphere.

Uncommon Accommodations is located in the heart of Vermont's Green Mountains, offering endless opportunities for outdoor adventure, including hiking, skiing, and mountain biking.

Historic Johnson Village is 5 minutes away with numerous restaurants, convenience stores, and other attractions. The Lamoille Valley Rail Trail is a popular public trail for cycling, running, walking, and snowmobiling that runs through Johnson and can be accessed less than 5 minutes from the property. Lamoille Valley Bike Tours is located in Johnson and offers bike rentals and guided cycling tours. Butternut Mountain and Sterling Mountain are popular hiking & snowshoeing routes in town.

In addition to the attractions in Johnson, the general area offers many attractions and activities that Vermont is famous for including farm stands, maple sugar shacks, outdoor recreation, and world-class breweries. This Caboose Tiny House is part of Uncommon Accommodations, a small collection of unique stays on a shared 14-acre property. While your tiny home is private, amenities such as the hot tub, sauna, and river access are shared with a limited number of other guests and are typically used on a first-come, first-served basis.

The hot tub is available year-round. The outdoor shower is seasonal (May through October), though this tiny home does include a private indoor bathroom with a hot shower and toilet. River access and swimming are at your own risk.
