Inside are three inviting bedrooms: a primary with king bed and workspace, a second with a full bed, and a third with a full-over-queen bunk plus fold-out twin chair. The living room features a plush leather couch, electric fireplace, and 64” Roku TV.
The fully stocked kitchen includes a gas stove, full oven, dishwasher, and expandable dining table seating up to eight. The bathroom offers both a tub and shower, and in-home laundry adds convenience. Memory foam mattresses, soft linens, and the soothing sound of the river create a relaxing home base for families or groups.
Step outside to enjoy shared access to the riverside hot tub and brand new barrel sauna, perfectly positioned along the Brewster River for a Nordic spa experience—sauna, soak, and cold plunge just steps from the house.
Guests have full access to the entire upper level of the duplex and several hundred feet of private river frontage, including scenic swimming holes in summer and access to Smugglers’ Notch Resort’s trail network right from the property. The riverside hot tub is shared with other guests on-site and maintained year-round for your enjoyment. The home is just one minute from the Resort and offers stunning year-round views of the Notch.
