The Space
This modern mountain retreat is designed for relaxation, fun, and making memories. With five spacious bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, Stone Hill House provides the perfect mix of privacy and communal spaces, making it ideal for large families, groups, or multigenerational stays.
The open-concept living area is designed to let you unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Expansive windows let in natural light and offer stunning views of the lake and mountains. After a day of exploring, curl up by the cozy gas fireplace in the living room, or gather around the dining table for a meal prepared in the chef’s kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, ample granite counter space, and everything you need to cook and entertain. The large dining table comfortably seats 10, with additional seating at the bar and island.
Our home features 5 beautifully appointed bedrooms, each designed for comfort. Four of the bedrooms have their own private en-suite bathrooms, while the fifth bedroom has a bathroom just across the hall. The main suite on the main level includes a King bed, Roku TV, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, the second main suite also features a King bed, an en-suite bathroom, and access to a private deck. The other three bedrooms, including two with Queen beds and one with a Queen bed and two Twin beds, also have their own bathrooms for added privacy and convenience.
On the lower level, you’ll find the ultimate entertainment space—perfect for kids and adults alike. The game room is packed with arcade games, foosball, and air hockey for endless hours of fun. For movie lovers, the theater area with a large projector screen is the perfect spot to host family movie nights or watch the big game.
Relax and unwind in the sauna with an electric heater—ideal for soothing muscles after a day of outdoor adventures. It's the perfect way to rejuvenate in the comfort of your own retreat.
Step outside and take in the stunning views from two expansive decks. Whether you’re sipping coffee in the morning or enjoying a sunset cocktail, the outdoor space is perfect for relaxing. Fire up the gas BBQ grill for a family barbecue, or enjoy a meal together at the picnic table. The deck offers plenty of seating, so everyone can enjoy the fresh mountain air and take in the beautiful vistas.

• Comfort: Our home is equipped with ceiling fans in each bedroom, and while there is no air conditioning, the cool mountain evenings and whole-house fan keep the space comfortably cool.
• Wi-Fi: Stay connected with fast, reliable Wi-Fi throughout the home—ideal for streaming, working remotely, or staying in touch with friends and family.
Guest Access
You'll have full access to the entire property, including the game room, two large decks, and the garage. The house is designed to offer plenty of space for relaxation and fun, and we encourage you to make it your home during your stay.

Check-in is 4pm and Check-out is 10am. Ask about the small fee for early check-in or late check-out (allowed depending on scheduling and not high season).
• No Pets: To ensure a comfortable experience for all our guests, we do not allow pets.
• Dynamic Pricing: Rates may fluctuate, so we recommend booking when you find a rate that works for your plans. Please note that Saturday check-ins or check-outs are not available, but you’re welcome to stay over the weekend.
• Climate: Due to our location at a higher elevation, the temperatures stay cool, even in summer. The house does not have A/C but remains comfortable with open windows and fans.

In order to rent this property:
Person with the platform account is the “Booking Guest.”
• Booking Guest must be 25 or older and submit government-issued ID to confirm age within 24 hours of making reservation (obscure your ID#)
• Booking Guest must sign and return the Cancellation Policy & Rental Agreement within 24 hours of making reservation
• Booking Guest must stay at the property for the entire reservation dates (booking for others is not allowed)
• Credit card must be in Booking Guest's name.
In other words, ALL these must be in the SAME NAME.
Security Hold: A $500 pre-authorization is required to maintain the quality of our cabin. This is not a charge (unless it is a debit card). It is released 7 days after a damage-free stay.
The maximum number of vehicles/trailers parked outside in driveway is 3 plus 1 in garage. *In winter months, driveway parking is reduced to 2 spaces. By county law, no vehicles or trailers can be parked on the road. There is free parking in town for trailers, vehicles, and EV stations available.
