SOUNDSIDE PEARL | DUCK, NC | PORT TRINITIE COMMUNITY
If you've been searching for a Duck rental that actually delivers on its photos — one where the outdoor spaces work, the bedrooms are genuinely comfortable, and the water views are real — this is it.
Soundside Pearl is a six-bedroom, soundfront estate in Port Trinitie, one of the Outer Banks' most exclusive waterfront communities. It's designed for families, multi-generational groups, and gatherings that deserve a home worthy of the occasion.
WHY SOUNDSIDE PEARL STANDS APART
Most large rental homes in the Outer Banks compete on bedroom count alone. Soundside Pearl competes on livability. Three distinct levels. Multiple gathering areas so the whole group isn't crowded into one room. A chef's kitchen that can actually accommodate group cooking. Outdoor spaces layered from ground to rooftop that you'll use every single day.
The soundfront setting isn't just a view — it's a different kind of Outer Banks experience. Calmer water. Peaceful mornings. The best golden-hour sunsets in Duck, seen from a rooftop deck above the tree line.
THE LAYOUT IN DETAIL
Top Level — Heart of the Home
The top level is where your group will naturally gather. Vaulted ceilings, walls of windows overlooking the Currituck Sound, and an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area designed for shared meals and easy conversation. Two king bedrooms on this level offer comfort for those who prefer to stay close to the main living spaces. Step through to the upper decks and rooftop-style outdoor areas — by far the most popular spots in the home.
Mid Level — Bedrooms & Secondary Living
Four additional bedrooms on the mid level, including a bunk room that sleeps up to six children (the kids will fight over it), one queen bedroom, and two additional king bedrooms sharing full baths. A secondary living lounge with wet bar provides a quieter retreat — perfect for kids' downtime, early risers, or late-night conversations away from the main level. Deck access from this level as well.
Ground Level — Recreation & Pool
The ground level connects the indoors to the outdoor experience. A game room and recreation area, a kitchenette for poolside drinks, and direct access to the private pool and hot tub. The transition from inside to outside is effortless — which is exactly how vacation should feel.
