LOCATION & CONVENIENCE
The condo is located in Cayman Kai at Kaibo Yacht Club Phase II, offering a quieter island setting while still giving guests convenient access to dining and excursions. The Rum Point Water Ferry is a short walk away and provides quick boat access to Camana Bay and Seven Mile Beach.
GROCERIES, SUNDAY CLOSURES & PRACTICAL DETAILS
The nearest grocery store is about 15 minutes away by car, and larger supermarkets such as Foster’s and Kirk Market are convenient stops on the drive from the airport. Medical facilities, including Health City Cayman Islands, are about 25 minutes away by car.
Supermarkets are closed on Sundays in Cayman, though most restaurants and gas stations remain open, and some gas stations sell liquor on Sundays. Grocery items can also be pre-ordered and delivered before arrival.
Chisholm’s Market is on the Northside, and is open 7 days a week, and is well stocked with food, supplies, beer, wine & liquor. 15 minutes from the condo.
TRANSPORTATION
• A rental car is highly recommended for this area so guests can easily explore Grand Cayman at their own pace. Many guests book directly with trusted local providers such as Marshall’s Rent-A-Car or Andy’s Rent-A-Car, or compare options through major rental sites such as Kayak.

• The Cayman Islands public bus service also runs frequently around the island.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Detailed arrival information is sent by email after booking, along with the unique door code before arrival. Check-in is available any time after 4:00 PM with keyless entry, while check-out is self-service at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on cleaning schedules and defined closer to arrival.
SEASONAL NOTE
During Easter week, guests should expect increased local activity and a more lively atmosphere in the Kaibo Kai area, reflecting one of Grand Cayman’s most vibrant holiday periods.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is recommended, especially during hurricane season from August through October, to help protect against trip interruptions and weather-related disruptions.
