Your health and safety are a top priority. The home is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after every stay.

★ Pool & Backyard ★
Use of the pool slide and outdoor play equipment is at guests’ own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.

★ Maintenance Access ★
Weekly pool, landscaping, and maintenance services may require access to the property. Advance notice will be provided. Daily housekeeping is not included.

★ Quiet Hours ★
Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM in accordance with local regulations. No outdoor music and keep noise to a minimum.

Commercial use of the property, including filming or video recording for business purposes, is strictly prohibited.

Upon confirmation, we will request a signed credit card authorization form along with pictures of the credit card holder's ID for verification purposes.

A $500 refundable security deposit is required before arrival. There's a $1000 additional deposit requirement that may apply in the following cases:

• Local residents
• Bookings made within 7 days of check-in
• 2-night stays

Please note that for July 4th holiday bookings, an additional $500 security deposit is required on top of the standard amount; additionally, please be aware that fireworks and parties are strictly prohibited at the property

Please note that the security deposit can't be paid with a credit card.

Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. A $750 fee will be charged for any violation, in addition to costs for damaged items. If smoke odor results in a canceled subsequent booking, you will be responsible for that reservation.

Pool heating is available for an additional fee.
