The payment of an additional $1000 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival.

Please note that for July 4th holiday bookings, an additional $500 security deposit is required on top of the standard amount; additionally, please be aware that fireworks and parties are strictly prohibited at the property

If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required.
If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit.
The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that has more than 5 bedrooms. Security deposits can't be paid via Credit card.
2-night bookings require an additional security deposit.

Please note that failure to comply with any of house rules could lead to the loss of your security deposit.

There is a $750 fee for smoking inside the house, plus any costs for damaged furniture. Should the next reservation be cancelled due to the smell of smoke, you will be responsible for the cost of that stay

There is a small fee to have the pool heated.
