Welcome to Seafern Retreat, a spacious, sea-themed 7-bedroom, 4-bathroom coastal escape in Bradenton, Florida. Located just steps from Palma Sola Beach and a short drive from Anna Maria Island, this home is designed for families and groups looking to relax, reconnect, and enjoy plenty of entertainment together.
The property accommodates up to 16 guests and features a comfortable main living area that flows into a fully equipped kitchen and dining space. Inside, guests can enjoy an arcade and game room, a playful bunk room, free Wi-Fi, and plenty of room to spread out.
The outdoor space is packed with resort-style amenities, including a heated pool, hot tub, pickleball court, mini-golf area, outdoor movie theater, covered patio with dining space, and a fire pit for evenings spent together.
Please note that two of the seven bedrooms and one of the four bathrooms are located in a converted garage area with a separate exterior entrance. This area does not connect directly to the main house from the interior. Guests have full and exclusive access to both spaces throughout their stay, but members of the group using these rooms will need to walk outside to access the main portion of the home.
As is common throughout coastal Florida, insects and other local wildlife may occasionally be encountered. The property is professionally treated for pests on a regular basis; however, preventative treatment cannot completely eliminate all insects from the surrounding environment. Guests may occasionally see palmetto bugs, no-see-ums, mosquitoes, ants, or other common Florida pests indoors or outdoors despite our ongoing efforts. Keeping exterior doors and windows closed will help reduce the likelihood of insects entering the home.
