The heart of The Yucca is its expansive courtyard, anchored by a shimmering saltwater pool complete with a tanning ledge and sun loungers, plus a relaxing hot tub (heating complimentary). Lounge chairs and fringed umbrellas create the perfect retreat for afternoon lounging while others explore the property.

The property is thoughtfully divided into two distinct areas:

The Private House features a full-sized, fully equipped kitchen and spacious living area, plus three elegant bedrooms. The primary suite is your showstopper—a lavish ensuite bathroom paired with a private balcony overlooking the tranquil courtyard, perfect for quiet mornings or evening reflection.

Five Guest Suites are each designed as private sanctuaries. You'll find plush bedding, intricate tapestries, and earthy tones throughout.

KITCHEN & DINING: COOK FOR A CROWD (OR LET PROFESSIONALS HELP)

The main house has a fully equipped kitchen ideal for daily meal prep, while the Community Room features a second, state-of-the-art kitchen—perfect for delegating cooking duties, hosting a private chef, or simply having two zones so multiple cooks don't collide.
The Dragonfly Suite is equipped with a kitchenette and a laundry room located between bedroom 3 & 4.

Dining is designed for connection: a spacious covered outdoor living area comfortably seats 10 for meals, and a large outdoor BBQ grill sits ready for your next gathering. Keurig and drip coffee makers are both provided, though you'll want to bring your own coffee beans.

This property operates independently, meaning you get complete privacy and a seamless self check-in process. You're not dealing with staff interruptions or a bustling shared environment—it's entirely yours. If you want additional services (mid-stay cleaning, daily housekeeping, dishwashing and kitchen cleanup, or chef services for special events), those are available for a fee and can be arranged with 24 hours' notice.

Pool heating is available for $99/night (2-night minimum) if you're visiting during cooler months. Pets are welcome for a $75 fee per pet. We can also assist with event planning and catering if you're celebrating something special.

This is an independent property without on-site staff, which means maximum privacy and flexibility—you set the pace. After booking, you'll complete a straightforward ID verification through SuiteOp (our partner platform) to finalize your reservation.

Our cancellation policy is firm: 100% refund within 48 hours of booking, 50% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in, and no refund for cancellations within 30 days of arrival. We strongly encourage travel insurance to protect your investment.
