Important Policies:
• Commercial activities and professional video recording are not permitted
• A $1,500 security deposit is required before arrival
• An additional $1000 deposit may apply for local bookings, last-minute reservations (within 7 days), or shorter stays (2-night bookings when applicable)
• Security deposits must be paid via approved methods (no credit cards)
• Non-compliance with house rules may result in loss of deposit

Please note that for July 4th holiday bookings, an additional $500 security deposit is required on top of the standard amount; additionally, please be aware that fireworks and parties are strictly prohibited at the property

Smoking Policy:
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. A $750 fee will apply, along with any additional costs for damages or reservation disruptions caused by smoke odors.

Pool Heating:
Pool heating is available for an additional fee. Please note that heaters may not operate when outdoor temperatures fall below 65°F.
