Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including a heated pool, balcony, BBQ Grill, Hot tub, free Wi-Fi, parking (limited to 4 cars), coffee maker, washer, and dryer.

The house is exclusively yours, without unnecessary interruptions for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.

★ POOL & BACKYARD USAGE ★
Please be careful when using the pool area. Children must always be supervised.

★ MAINTENANCE SERVICES★
Please note that we have weekly pool maintenance, landscaping, and general maintenance workers who may need access to the home/pool area. We will notify you beforehand of scheduled services. There is no daily cleaning service.

★ QUIET HOURS ★
We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours between 10 pm-8 am (city ordinance). During this period, no music should be played outside, and voices/sounds should be kept low to ensure neighbors are not disturbed. NoiseAware decibel monitoring system is installed to help you keep acceptable noise levels.

Driveway holds max 4 cars. All other will be towed by the city. Unfortunately we have no control of this!

The house is located in a serene, family-friendly neighborhood in central Hollywood, Florida. The entire area is quiet and peaceful, so we kindly ask you to respect the quiet hours and all the neighbors.
This prime location allows quick access to numerous restaurants, shops, entertainment, and beaches.

If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that the vast driveway offers four parking spots. If not there are many convenient, easily accessible transportation options close to our home.

This home requires a security deposit, amount shared in the price details. Additional security deposit may be required for last-minute bookings.

Please note that for July 4th holiday bookings, an additional $500 security deposit is required on top of the standard amount; additionally, please be aware that fireworks and parties are strictly prohibited at the property

Please note that failure to comply with any of house rules could lead to the loss of your security deposit.

There is a $750 fee for smoking inside the house, plus any costs for damaged furniture. Should the next reservation be cancelled due to the smell of smoke, you will be responsible for the cost of that stay

There's a small fee to have the pool heated.

Note: Due to the operational limitations of external pool heaters, they will not operate when the outside temperature falls below 65 degrees Fahrenheit.

Our base price is for groups of up to 16 guests. Please be aware that additional guests beyond this number, especially if not disclosed at the time of booking, may incur a supplemental charge.
