On a low-traffic private road, the home includes association plowing for snowfalls over three inches. FWD or AWD vehicles are advised in winter.

Outdoor shower is available when temps are consistently above freezing.

Due to snow plowing the fire pit area is moved during winter months. You are able to use the fire pit and chairs, but you will have to move them to a suitable spot during snow season.
