To comply with building requirements, all guests must complete a secure pre-arrival registration. After booking, you'll receive a secure link to submit the required information, including the full names, contact details, and government-issued IDs for all registered guests.

🔑 Building Check-In:
Upon arrival, all guests must check in at the Front Desk through the valet entrance. Guests aged 18 or older must present a physical government-issued ID, sign the building's Short-Term Rental Rules & Regulations, and complete the registration process before receiving their building access FOB.

Valet parking is available 24 hours a day and is managed directly by the building.

The primary guest must be 21 years or older to make the reservation and complete check-in.

🔑 FOB Access:
A building access FOB will be issued during check-in and must be returned to the Front Desk upon departure. Lost or unreturned FOBs are subject to a $250 replacement fee.

Guests arriving before check-in may store their luggage with the building's Receiving Department, available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, subject to availability.

🚭 Smoking Policy:
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the residence, on the balcony, and throughout the building. A $500 fee applies for any violations.

Please keep all doors and windows closed to maintain air conditioning performance and prevent humidity damage to the property and furniture.

Due to the tropical climate, insects may occasionally be present. The unit is professionally treated by monthly pest-control services. Keeping doors closed helps minimize exposure.
