About the property

Welcome to our new ISLAND OASIS VILLA! Experience the ultimate Hawaiian resort vacation where luxury meets comfort. Our villa is thoughtfully designed to provide you with every imaginable convenience. From a private putt-putt course and a lush edible garden featuring tropical fruits like papaya and mango to a sun-heated pool and spa, you'll have everything you need for a truly memorable stay. The owners also have an electronic keyboard and a guitar, when requested we can set these up for our guests.

Step outside our villa, and you'll find yourself minutes away from iconic Hawaiian beaches, the King's Shops for great shopping and dining, and a variety of outdoor and water sports activities. Our condo is located in the Ainamalu Waikoloa resort area, offering you the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure.

Before you embark on your Hawaiian adventure, we want to share some important information about staying in Hawaii. The Big Island is unlike any other tropical destination, with its breathtaking diversity of landscapes. Here, you'll witness the captivating contrast between lush green forests, black lava fields, the ocean, and the occasional rainfall followed by sunny days. Please note that due to our tropical climate, insects may occasionally be present outdoors and may find their way indoors. However, we take proactive measures by scheduling monthly pest control services to ensure your comfort and minimize any inconveniences.

In compliance with HOA/Resort Complex regulations, we kindly request that no more than three cars be parked in the driveway. Street parking, parking on the property grass, and parking in the garage are strictly prohibited. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines. Additionally, please note that drone footage is not allowed within the complex.

If you have any questions or need recommendations for places to visit or things to do on the Big Island, please don't hesitate to ask us. We are here to make your Hawaiian dreams a reality and ensure your stay with us is nothing short of extraordinary.
